A. Our team are fully qualified beauty therapists dedicated to providing the best service. We continually attend on-going training and product knowledge.

Q. Can males come to OCB?
A. Absolutely. OCB does everything from full body waxing (sorry guys, no longer includes brazilians) to makeup & spray tanning for the guys.

Q. What is brazilian waxing?
A. This treatment involves the removal of some or all of the hair from the pubic region including the bottom. It is up to the individual if they wish to have all hair removed or leave a triangle or strip on the pubic area.

Q. How long does brazilian waxing take?
A. Between 10 & 30 minutes, depending on the length of time between waxing, your comfort level or if it is the very first time you’ve been waxed.

Q. Does waxing hurt?
A. Our clients always find that their first waxing experience was not as bad as they had anticipated and find the results are always worth it. We recommend to avoid waxing the week before your period is due as you can be a little more sensitive during this time.

Q. What do I wear for waxing?
A. There is no need to wear anything out of the norm for waxing. For brazilians we will provide a disposable g-string or you can wear your own or nothing at all if you are comfortable with that. We will always provide you with a wrap as your privacy is of the utmost importance.

Q. How do I prepare for a spray tan?
A. Prior to tanning, exfoliate your body concentrating on areas prone to dryness, ie knees and elbows. Do not apply moisturiser, perfumes or deodorants as these will effect the application of your tan.

Q. What do I wear when getting a spray tan?
A. Any loose dark clothing will always benefit the out-come of your tan and for your feet, we recommend open footwear eg thongs.

Q. Is Napoleon Perdis makeup suitable for everyone?
A. The Napoleon Perdis range has been designed to suit every age and every skin type. OCB stocks the complete Napoleon Perdis range.

Q. How do I know what is right for me?
A. Our makeup specialists are trained to match you perfectly, ensuring that you are feeling confident in both selection and application. We offer a 60 minute one on one makeup consultation giving you the tools to create your own style.

Q. Will you come to me?
A. We offer a mobile makeup service for any occasion allowing us to work in with your time requirements. This service is available outside of our regular opening hours and includes Sundays. This service does incur a call out fee.
